Scan detects threat but file is not deleted
alfred@04a3cf8d Thursday 15th May 2025, 22:38:11Hello,
I performed a full scan using GetOverX Shield and it successfully detected a suspicious file (Trojan.Generic.2412) in my downloads folder. However, the file wasn't deleted automatically, and no further action was taken.
How can I configure the antivirus to automatically quarantine or delete threats after detection?
Thanks in advance!

Hello, thank you for your message.
To automatically quarantine or delete threats, please go to Settings > Antivirus > Action on Detection and select either Quarantine or Delete.
Also, ensure that real-time protection is enabled for better automatic response.
Let us know if the issue persists!
