Hello,
I purchased a new license and activated it successfully, but the total number of days didn’t increase. It’s as if the system didn’t register the added days.
Is there a delay or should I reactivate manually?

If the new license was accepted but the days didn’t update, try restarting the app and rechecking under License Status.
If the issue persists, please send us your license file at [email protected] and we’ll manually validate and extend the activation.
